Payment Methods

We only accept orders from contiguous United States, using Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit or debit cards.

Taxes

We only charge sales tax on items shipped to California. Shipments to all other areas are tax-free.

Tracking Your Order

You will get 2 emails after your order is placed. The first is an Order Confirmation, which has your order number and purchase info and confirms your order is processing. The second is a Shipping Confirmation, which has the tracking number for your shipment.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible (contact us link). If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel or change it. However, if it has already shipped you will have to go through the return/refund process. See our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
